Support Group Meetings

C.A.R.E. is so excited to be able to offer support group meetings for our families that includes child/adult care.

 

Meetings will be open discussion or designed to provide education to you such as IEP/504 trainings, Special Need Trusts, Puberty, Dating, Transitions, etc.
